- lead a team to actively support the sales force in achieving the defined objectives,
- collaborate on the development of the relationship with clients and prospects,
- participate in defining care standards, objectives, and action plans,
- superviser les aspects administratifs et le respect des procédures,
- assurer la gestion du risque et la qualité de service.
Requirements
- formation bancaire supérieure,
- confirmed commercial experience in the field of external/independent wealth management, complemented by the SAQ certification "Wealth Management Advisor CWMA" at least,
- solid financial, regulatory and fiscal knowledge,
- Recognized leadership, proven experience in leading a team,
- esprit d'équipe, aisance relationnelle, sens commercial développé et réelle compréhension des besoins de la clientèle,
- good command of standard computer tools,
- fluency in French, excellent knowledge of English.
