Tasks
- Conduire a team to actively support the sales force in achieving the defined objectives,
- Collaborate on the development of the relationship with clients and prospects,
- Participate in the definition of the standards in charge, the objectives and the action plans,
- Superviser les aspects administratifs et le respect des procédures,
- Assurer la gestion du risque et la qualité de service.
Requirements
- Formation bancaire supérieure,
- Commercial experience confirmed in the field of external/independent wealth management, complemented by the SAQ certification "Wealth Management Advisor CWMA" at the highest level,
- Solid financial, regulatory and fiscal knowledge,
- Leadership reconnu, expérience avérée dans la conduite d'une équipe,
- Esprit d'équipe, aisance relationnelle, sens commercial développé et réelle compréhension des besoins de la clientèle,
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels,
- Maîtrise du français, excellentes connaissances de l'anglais.
