Department Manager - Remote Banking Advisory Services
BCV is seeking a Service Manager for its remote banking advisory service who, as a first-line manager, will ensure effective management of HR resources, high-quality customer service, and a solid understanding of the Vaud region's economy.
Vos missions
- As a front-line manager and self-employed professional, ensure that human resources are in place and that there is a solid understanding of the economic landscape of the Canton of Vaud, as well as its appeal and the quality of its services.
Votre profil
- Advanced education in banking and/or business
- Banking Experience
- Management experience within a department
- Customer and Business Focus
- Analytical mindset, proactive approach
- Change management and project management skills
- Fluent in French, very good oral and written English skills; proficiency in German is a plus
