Department Manager - Remote Banking Advisory Services
BCV is seeking a manager for the Remote Advisory Services division in the Retail sector who will serve as the first point of contact for colleagues and customers and ensure that business and quality goals are met.
Vos missions
- Your first point of contact with your colleagues and their clients.
- Provide support for activities related to the Remote Advisory Center's management solutions and the Bank's other stakeholders.
- Ensure that business and service quality objectives are met.
Votre profil
- Advanced education in banking and/or business
- Banking Experience
- Management experience in a telephone customer service department (a plus)
- Customer and Business Focus
- Analytical mindset, proactive approach
- Experience in change management and project management
- Fluent in French
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Proficiency in German (a plus)
