The Head of Credit Analysis for Private Customers leads a team of around 20 people and is responsible for the analysis, granting and monitoring of mortgage loans to private customers as well as the optimization of credit processes. The focus here is on the implementation of credit guidelines, risk management and customer orientation.
Job description
Tasks
- Head of the Credit Analysis Department for Private Clients (approx. 20 people)
- Ensuring the application of credit guidelines and requirements within the scope of departmental activities
- Optimization of processes and tools for the analysis, management and identification of credit risks
- Promote a proactive attitude towards clients and front-line teams to offer constructive solutions
- Further development of the credit tool for private clients in coordination with the front team and in consideration of credit risks
- Monitoring of regulatory developments, analysis of effects and, if necessary, management of projects
Requirements
- University or college degree
- Excellent knowledge of processes and the real estate market in Vaud
- Mastery of technical mechanisms in connection with mortgage loans and Lombards, competence in lending
- Confirmed experience in team leadership and project management
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, negotiation and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of French, very good knowledge of English and German
