- Support each team in achieving its goals and those of the Guild
- Managing Your Teams Effectively on a Daily Basis
- Manage and grow a portfolio of private clients
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of deposits, investments, products, and services
- Work in collaboration with the management advisor, companies, higher education institutions, and the pension fund
