Job description

The Loans Analysis Department is responsible for analyzing, granting and monitoring mortgage loans to private customers and Lombard loans. It is also responsible for the functioning and continuous improvement of the entire process of granting mortgage loans to private customers.

Tasks

• Management of a team of analysts
• Promoting the skills of employees
• Ensuring risk control and guaranteeing compliance with the credit policy
• Contribution to achieving the key objectives defined by top management
• Analyzing loan applications, making decisions within the scope of delegated authority and/or preparing preliminary reports for higher authorities
• Constructive attitude towards client advisors in the search for solutions to specific cases

Requirements

• University degree in economics or equivalent
• Experience in the area of personal loans
• Rigor, analytical and negotiating skills, risk sensitivity
• Management experience
• Team spirit, communication skills, awareness of priorities and solution orientation
• Interest in project/process management
• Perfect command of French, knowledge of German and/or English an advantage
