The position of Responsable du secteur Analyse crédits immobiliers aux particuliers involves managing a team of analysts, developing staff skills and monitoring risks in the area of real estate loans to private individuals. The job holder is also responsible for analyzing credit requests and making decisions within the given competencies.
Job description
The département Analyse crédits Particuliers is responsible for the analysis, approval and monitoring process for mortgage loans for private customers and for Lombard loans. It is also responsible for the functioning and continuous improvement of the entire process for the approval of mortgage loans for private customers.
Tasks
- Management of a team of analysts
- Promoting the skills of employees
- Ensuring risk management and guaranteeing compliance with the credit policy
- Contribution to achieving the key objectives defined by top management
- Analyzing loan applications, making decisions within the scope of delegated authority and/or preparing preliminary reports for higher authorities
- Constructive cooperation with client advisors in the search for solutions for specific cases
Requirements
- Degree in economics or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in the area of personal loans
- Rigor, analytical and negotiating skills, risk awareness
- Experience in management tasks
- Team spirit, communication skills, awareness of priorities and solution orientation
- Interest in project/process management
- Perfect command of French, knowledge of German and/or English an advantage
