Job description

Head of the Private Pension Consulting Division. Put your managerial ambitions to work in support of sound and sustainable performance. - Cross-selling across divisions and departments, - Developing and maintaining a network of external relationships (professional associations, partners, government agencies, brokers, experts, etc.), - support the sales force in the area of private pension planning by participating in client meetings and training advisors, - serve as a key player in the Bank’s strategic and operational projects related to private pension planning, - manage the division, consisting of about ten people, from a managerial perspective: breaking down objectives into concrete actions, optimizing resource allocation, and motivating and supporting the teams, - ensuring compliance with internal, legal, and ethical rules regarding retirement planning, - actively monitoring legal, jurisprudential, and political developments in the field.

Requirements

- a university degree or higher (HES or equivalent), - experience leading a team of advisors and specialists in vested benefits and pension planning, - experience serving on pension fund boards, - excellent understanding of pension-related processes, with strong knowledge of the 2nd and/or 3rd pillars, - strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and determination to develop new external and internal relationships, - excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills, a critical mindset, and a results-oriented approach to achieving business and operational transformation goals, - fluency in French; proficiency in German or English is a plus.
