missions

• develop and maintain a network of external contacts (professional associations, partners, government agencies, brokers, experts, etc.),
• support the sales force in the area of private retirement planning by participating in client meetings and training advisors,
• play a leading role in the Bank's strategic and operational projects related to private pension plans,
• Manage the unit, which consists of about ten people, from a managerial perspective: break down objectives into concrete actions, optimize resource allocation, motivate and support the teams,
• ensure compliance with internal rules and ethical standards regarding retirement planning,
• actively monitor legal, judicial, and political developments in the field.

Profile

• university or higher education (HES or equivalent),
• Experience leading a team of advisors and specialists in vested benefits and retirement planning,
• Excellent understanding of pension fund processes and advice,
• strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and a determination to develop new external and internal relationships,
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills, a critical mindset, and a results-oriented approach to achieving business and operational transformation goals,
• Fluency in French; proficiency in another language—German or English—is a plus.
