Head of the Private Pension Consulting Division

Tasks

• Development and maintenance of a management-oriented network: translating objectives into concrete actions, optimizing organizational structure, ensuring the proper allocation of tasks among employees, and identifying needs and opportunities for training and development. On the legal and ethical levels, maintaining oversight and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in the area of pension planning.
• Supporting the sales team in the area of private retirement planning by participating in client meetings and providing training to bank advisors as well as technical and operational specialists in retirement planning.
• An active role in strategic projects and project management, with a good understanding of the 2nd and/or 3rd pillars, as well as a desire to develop new contacts in the field of private retirement planning.
• Leading the division, which consists of about a dozen consultants and specialists in freedom of movement and retirement planning.
• Ensuring compliance with internal rules, promoting the achievement of goals, motivation, and organization.
• Active monitoring of legislative, jurisprudential, and political developments in this field.

Requirements

• A university degree or a degree from a higher vocational school (HES or equivalent) in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in leading a team with a high level of responsibility.
• Excellent business relationships; ability to develop new business.
• Experience leading a team of consultants and retirement planning specialists.
• Experience participating in consulting projects at foundations and/or pension funds in the canton of Vaud.
• An excellent understanding of mechanisms and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and emotional stability.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, initiative and courage, and an excellent ability to develop new relationships in the field of private retirement planning.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of another foreign language is a plus, especially English or German.
