Head of Private Banking & Advisory

Tasks

• Developing the Active Advisory and Consulting sector as part of an established growth strategy to make it a benchmark in its field of activity.
• Strengths of the advisory services in terms of idea generation processes and support for advisors in line with the value propositions for all private banking segments
• Leading a team responsible for promoting and delivering asset management advisory services, tailoring them to the needs of clients and advisors
• Ensuring the quality of active investment advice for private clients, as well as the day-to-day management and leadership of the team
• Ensuring close cooperation with the investment policy and asset management teams within the bank
• Identifying opportunities, generating investment proposals, and communicating these on various internal platforms
• Proposing arguments for investment proposals and further developing communication materials for advisors and clients

Requirements

• University or higher education (HES or equivalent)
• Similar experience among institutions engaged in asset management for private clients
• Proven experience in portfolio management and expertise in financial markets and wealth management products
• Leadership skills, team spirit, service orientation, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, critical thinking, results-oriented approach to achieving business and transformation goals
• Very good written skills in French and good knowledge of English and German
