Tasks

• Developing the Active Advisory and Consulting sector as part of an established growth strategy to make it a benchmark in its field of activity.
• Strengthening the advisory services offered in relation to idea generation processes and supporting advisors in line with the value propositions for all private banking segments.
• Leading a team that promotes and delivers advisory services in the area of asset management and adapts them to the needs of clients and advisors.
• Ensuring the quality of active investment advice for private clients as well as the daily management and leadership of the team,
• Close cooperation with the investment policy and asset management teams within the bank,
• Identifying opportunities, generating investment proposals, and communicating via various internal channels.
• Presentation of arguments for investment proposals and further development of communication tools for advisors and clients.

Requirements

• University or higher education (HES or equivalent),
• Similar experience with institutions that provide asset management services for private clients.
• Proven experience in portfolio management and expertise in financial markets and asset management products,
• Leadership, team spirit, service and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, critical thinking, results-oriented approach to achieving business and transformation goals.
• Very good written skills in French and good knowledge of English and German.
