Head of Private Banking & Advisory
BCV is seeking a Head of Private Banking & Advisory to lead an advisory team and further develop the wealth management strategy for private clients. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, relevant experience in wealth management, and strong leadership and communication skills.

- Strengthen the advisory offering in terms of value propositions for all private banking segments
- Lead a team responsible for promoting and rolling out a new wealth management innovation and adapting it to the needs of clients and advisors
- Ensure the quality of advice and a rapid shift toward private clients
- Manage day-to-day operations and lead the team
- Ensure close collaboration with the Investment Policy and Asset Management teams within the Bank and the Communications department
- Present the rationale for the investment proposals
- Develop communication materials for advisors and clients
Profile recherché
- College or university degree (HES or equivalent)
- Similar experience with firms active in wealth management for private clients
- Portfolio and Expertise in Financial Markets and Wealth Management Products
- Leadership, team spirit, a commitment to service, and strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, a critical mindset, and a results-oriented approach to achieving business and operational transformation goals
- Excellent writing skills in French and a good knowledge of English and German
