Head of Private Banking & Advisory

Tasks

• Expanding the range of advisory services related to value propositions for all BCV private banking advisors
• Developing the Offering for Customer Acquisition
• Provision of advisory services in the area of wealth management and tailoring these services to the needs of clients and advisors
• Leading a team responsible for supporting and placing clients within the private client base, as well as managing day-to-day operations and team leadership
• Ensuring close cooperation within the bank
• Active participation in the implementation of the investment strategy and asset management within the bank
• Proposed framework for making investment recommendations and further developing communication tools for advisors and clients

Requirements

• University or higher education (HES or equivalent)
• Similar experience at institutions that provide asset management services to private clients
• Proven experience in portfolio management, as well as expertise in financial markets and wealth management products
• Leadership skills, team spirit, customer focus, and strong communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, critical thinking, and a results-oriented approach to addressing the business and transformative challenges of the operation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, as well as a good command of English and German
