Head of Private Banking & Advisory

Tasks

* Developing the Active Advisory and Consulting sector as part of a growth strategy to make it a benchmark in its field of activity. * Strengthening the consulting offering in terms of idea generation processes and supporting consultants in line with the value propositions for all private banking segments. * Lead a team responsible for promoting and delivering the advisory offering in asset management, adapting it to the needs of clients and advisors. * Ensure the quality of active advice on investments for private clients and the day-to-day management and leadership of the team. * Ensure close collaboration with the investment policy and asset management teams within the bank. * Identifying opportunities, preparing investment proposals, and communicating them on various internal platforms, * Proposing arguments for investment proposals and further developing communication tools for advisors and clients.

Requirements

* University or higher education (HES or equivalent), * Similar experience at institutions active in asset management for private clients, * Proven experience in portfolio management and expertise in financial markets and asset management products, * Leadership skills, team spirit, service and communication skills, * Excellent analytical and organizational skills, critical thinking, results-oriented approach to achieving business and transformation goals, * Very good written skills in French and good knowledge of English and German.
