Training Manager – Insurance Training (m/f/x)
La Vaudoise is seeking a "Responsable Formation – Insurance Training" (80-100%) to play a key role in the area of continuing education and training for insurance employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult education, ideally in the insurance sector, and will be responsible for leading a team of six specialists to success.
Tasks
As Head of the Insurance Training Group, you will lead a team of six specialists and contribute directly to employee development: * Lead and develop your team through collaborative management, coaching, and empowerment. * Ensure the successful delivery of annual training plans by working closely with the administrative team, MSSPs, and your internal clients. * Lead and implement regular reporting and constantly seek to improve efficiency. * Identify internal needs through regular discussions with the various departments. * Develop and enhance the range of professional training courses in consultation with L&D experts, using innovative and tailored concepts and learning paths (face-to-face, distance learning, blended learning, mentoring, learning communities, micro-learning, conferences, etc.). * Develop the pedagogical skills of internal and external trainers. * Represent Insurance Training within Vaudoise and to external organizations (ARFOR, ASA, etc.).Requirements
* Solid knowledge of insurance (life and non-life) * Proven expertise in training and educational design * Ability to lead strategic training projects * Skill in communicating content, both in person and remotelyWe are looking for a person who stands out thanks to the following qualities:

* 2-5 years of experience in adult education, ideally in the insurance industry * Required: Very good knowledge of one of the two languages (FR/DE) and good knowledge of the other * At least 3 years of experience in team management * Tertiary degree (economics, insurance, or equivalent)Why join us?
