Training Manager – Insurance Training (m/f/x)
Vaudoise is seeking a "Responsible Training – Insurance Training" (80-100%) to take charge of the Insurance Training department and be responsible for developing the skills of employees in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult education and insurance, as well as leadership experience and strong communication skills.
Tasks
The tasks that await you:- Build and develop your team through collaborative management, coaching, and empowerment.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of annual training plans by working closely with the administrative team, HR managers, and your internal clients.
- Propose and ensure regular reporting and a constant search for efficiency.
- Identify internal needs for regular exchanges with different departments.
- Develop and enrich the range of professional training courses in consultation with L&D experts, creating impactful, innovative, and tailored training concepts and programs (face-to-face, distance learning, blended learning, mentoring, learning communities, micro-learning, e-learning courses, AFA mediation training, etc.).
Requirements
What you bring:- Solid knowledge of life and non-life insurance
- Proven expertise in adult education and innovative instructional design
- Ability to lead strategic training projects
- Ease in conveying content, both in person and remotely
- Clear, structured, and accessible communication that can engage a variety of audiences
- Active listening, constructive feedback management, and continuous improvement
- A sense of educational innovation, with the ability to take advantage of opportunities related to digitalization
- His autonomy, his sense of responsibility, and his strong results orientation
- His collaborative leadership style, based on accountability, trust, and coaching
- Systematic and structured thinking, enabling several projects to be carried out simultaneously.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in adult education, ideally in the insurance sector
- Essential requirement: Excellent command of one of the two languages (FR/DE), with a very good knowledge of the other.
- Proven experience in team management of at least 3 years
- Higher education diploma in the tertiary sector (economics, insurance, or equivalent)
