Job description

Tasks

• You lead and support the IT teams specializing in project management, data analysis and IT operations (approx. 20 people)
• They ensure the coherence of the IT strategies and the bank strategy and ensure their implementation with the aim of satisfying our customers
• You analyze the specific needs and create the corresponding budgets
• You coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the implementation of banking applications, infrastructures and workplaces - to optimize the working tools of all employees
• You support employees in the digital transformation of the bank

Requirements

• You have a higher education degree in computer science and several years of experience in an IT management position and in managing complex projects (knowledge of the banking sector is an advantage).
• In addition to your mastery of IT tools, your strong understanding of technological challenges gives you insight into the competitive tools of tomorrow and relevant security measures.
• You speak French and have a good knowledge of German and English
• You are a committed and proactive person, you are passionate about your work, and you have a heart for sharing your knowledge—natural qualities that enable you to rally around a common goal.
