Tasks
- Management and support of IT teams specializing in project management, data analysis and IT operations (approx. 20 people)
- Ensuring the coherence of IT and banking strategies and implementing them while taking customer satisfaction into account
- Analysis of specific needs and preparation of corresponding budgets
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders for the implementation of banking applications, infrastructures and workplaces
- Supporting employees in the digital transformation of the bank
Requirements
- Degree in an IT field and several years of experience in an IT management position and in leading complex projects (knowledge of the banking sector is an advantage)
- Mastery of IT tools and sound knowledge of technological challenges
- Knowledge of French, good knowledge of German and English
- Proactive and committed personality with a passion for work and the ability to share knowledge
