Tasks
- Lead and support IT teams specializing in project management, data analysis, and IT operations (approx. 20 people).
- Ensure the consistency of IT and banking strategies and ensure their implementation, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Analyze specific needs and develop budgets accordingly.
- Coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the implementation of banking applications, infrastructure, and workstations.
- Supporting employees in the bank's digital transition
Requirements
- Higher education in the field of computer science
- Several years of experience in an IT management position and in managing complex/large-scale projects
- Knowledge of the banking sector (is an asset)
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Thorough understanding of technological issues
- Francophone, good knowledge of German and English
- Dedicated and proactive
