Tasks

• They will play a central role in executing and monitoring the execution of stock exchange and off-exchange orders.
• You will ensure a high quality service for our customers and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
• They will monitor and coordinate trading activities in all listed and OTC asset classes (equities, bonds, derivatives, structured products, funds, etc.).
• You will be responsible for market making in the BCVS security in accordance with the applicable rules.
• You will work closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of operations.
• You will manage and develop the interbank network to strengthen service quality.
• They will ensure compliance with internal guidelines and control the risks associated with market operations.
• You will lead and motivate the team and develop the skills of the team members.

Requirements

• You have a higher education in finance, economics or a similar field.
• You have solid experience in trading securities and financial instruments as well as in the operational management of a team.
• You have very good knowledge of financial products, trading platforms and regulatory requirements.
• You have excellent analytical skills, a sense of responsibility and a focus on results.
• You complement your skills with a strong team spirit, discipline and a strong customer focus.
