Private Pension Plan Manager – Area Manager

Tasks

• Play a key role in the bank's strategic and operational projects in the area of private retirement planning
• Manage the sector with a strong team of employees, overseeing a diverse range of responsibilities, including operations and human resources management
• Ensure compliance with internal, legal, and ethical guidelines in the area of retirement planning
• Ensure active monitoring of legislative, jurisprudential, and political developments in the area of pension planning

Requirements

• University or higher education (HES or equivalent)
• Experience leading a team of specialists in free transferability and retirement planning
• Experience serving on the boards of trustees for pension funds
• Excellent understanding of pension planning processes, with a solid knowledge of the 2nd and/or 3rd pillars
• Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a determination to build new external and internal relationships
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills, critical thinking, and a results-oriented approach to achieve the business and transformation goals of the operation
• Fluency in French; knowledge of another language (German or English) is a plus
