Responsable régional Private Banking - Broye

Tasks

• Pilot, support, and develop the region's private banking team.
• Identification of opportunities and development possibilities for private banking clients,
• Offering contacts tailored to customer needs with impeccable service quality,
• Close cooperation with regional managers in the Retail Banking and SME customer segments
• Acquiring new customers through your own network,
• Ensuring compliance with the legal framework to minimize operational and legal risks,
• Representation of the value proposition of BCV's private banking services.

Requirements

• higher education (university or banking economist),
• Experience in managing a private banking advisory team for clients based in Switzerland,
• Residence and business address in the Broye region,
• Solid technical knowledge in tax, legal, and financial matters; "SAQ" or "Wealth Management" certification is preferred and required in the long term,
• Good interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and determination to establish new business relationships.
• Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English (level B2 - First).
