Responsable régional Private Banking - Broye
BCV is seeking a Regional Manager for Private Banking in the Broye region (Payerne), who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, leading a team of advisors, and representing the bank. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, experience in private banking, a local network, and in-depth knowledge of taxation, law, and finance.

Vos missions
- Prospect and acquire new customers through your network
- Establish and strengthen the key relationship (lead) to recruit, provide operational support, and mentor
- To serve as the voice of BCV’s Private Banking service value proposition
Votre profil
- Higher education (university degree or banking economist)
- Experience leading a team of private banking advisors serving clients domiciled in Switzerland
- Business Registration and Business Network in the Broye Region
- Solid technical knowledge in tax, legal, and financial matters; certification in “SAQ” or “Wealth Management” is a plus, and will eventually be required
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and a commitment to developing new business relationships
- Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English (B2 level—First)
