BCV is seeking a Private Banking Manager for the Broye region to lead a team, maintain client relationships, and acquire new clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in private banking, relevant training, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Tasks
- Leading, supporting, and developing the private banking team in the region
- Identifying opportunities and levers for developing the private banking clientele
- Offering tailored contacts for clients and ensuring excellent service quality
- Intensive cooperation with regional managers responsible for retail banking and SME clients
- Prospecting and acquiring new clients through your own network
- Ensuring control of operational and legal risks
- Representing the values of BCV's private banking service
Requirements
- Further education at university level or as an economist with banking expertise
- Experience in leading a team of private banking advisors for clients domiciled in Switzerland
- Residence and place of business in the Broye region
- Solid technical knowledge in the areas of taxation, law, and finance, validated by SAQ or Wealth Management certification (an advantage, required in the long term)
- Good communication skills, leadership qualities, and determination to establish new business relationships
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English (level B2 - First)
