Your Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through your network
• Ensure compliance with and adherence to the legal framework in order to minimize operational and legal risks
• To serve as the voice of BCV’s Private Banking service value proposition

Votre profil

• Higher education (university degree or banking economist)
• Experience leading a team of private banking advisors serving clients domiciled in Switzerland
• Business Registration and Business Network in the Broye Region
• Solid technical knowledge in tax, legal, and financial matters
• Validation through “SAQ” or “Wealth Management” certification is an asset—and will eventually become a necessity
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and a commitment to developing new business relationships
• Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English (B2 level—First)
