Responsable régional Private Banking - Broye
Tasks
- pilot, support and develop the region's private banking team,
- identify the opportunities and development levers of the Private Banking clientèle,
- offer contacts adapted to the client's needs and guarantee an unrivaled quality of service,
- collaborate intensively with the regional managers of the retail banking and SME clients,
- prospecter et acquérir une nouvelle clientèle à travers votre réseau,
- ensure the mastery and respect of the legal framework in order to minimize operational and legal risks,
- être force de représentation de la proposition de valeur du service Private Banking de la BCV.
Requirements
- formation supérieure (universitaire ou économiste bancaire),
- experience in managing a team of private banking advisors for a client domiciled in Switzerland,
- domiciliation et réseau d'affaires dans la région de la Broye,
- solid technical knowledge in fiscal, legal and financial matters, validated by the "SAQ" or "Wealth Management" certification - an asset, and in the long term a necessity,
- good relationship, leadership and determination to develop new commercial relationships,
- parfaite maîtrise du français et bonnes connaissances de l'anglais (niveau B2 - First).
