Regional Head of Private Banking - Chablais
The position of "Regional Private Banking Manager – Chablais" involves leading and developing a private banking team in the Chablais region, with a focus on client acquisition, team leadership, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, experience leading a private banking team, and a solid understanding of finance, law, and taxation.
Tasks
- pilot sales monitoring and optimize work processes
- Motivate, support, and develop the region's private banking team
- Identifying opportunities and development possibilities for private banking clients
- offer flexible contact options to meet the needs of our customers and ensure unparalleled service quality
- close collaboration with regional managers responsible for retail banking and SME clients
- Attract new customers through your network
- Ensuring compliance with the legal framework to minimize operational and legal risks
- Promoting the values of BCV's private banking services
Requirements
- higher education (university or banking)
- Experience managing a team of private banking advisors serving clients based in Switzerland
- Residence and business network in the Chablais region
- Solid technical knowledge of tax, legal, and financial matters; "SAQ" or "Wealth Management" certification is preferred and required in the long term
- Good interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and determination to establish new business relationships
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English (level B2 - First)
