Job description: Regional Manager, Private Banking – Chablais

Tasks:

• Manage sales tracking and optimize work processes.
• Motivate, support, and develop the private banking team in the region.
• Identify opportunities and levers for developing the private banking clientele.
• Offer customers tailored contact options and guarantee impeccable service quality.
• Work closely with regional managers responsible for retail banking and SMEs.
• Prospect and acquire new customers through your network.
• Ensure compliance with the legal framework to minimize operational and legal risks.
• Be an ambassador for the value added by BCV's private banking services.

Requirements:

• University degree (university or banking economics).
• Experience in leading a team of private banking advisors for clients residing in Switzerland.
• Residence and business network in the Chablais region.
• Solid technical knowledge in the areas of taxation, law, and finance; certification by "SAQ" or "Wealth Management" is an advantage and required in the long term.
• Good communication skills, leadership qualities, and determination to establish new business relationships.
• Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English (level B2 - First).
