Regional Head of Private Banking - Chablais
The position of Regional Head of Private Banking – Chablais at BCV involves managing and developing the private banking team in the Chablais region, as well as identifying business opportunities and acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree, experience in managing a private banking team, and solid knowledge of finance, taxation, and law.
missions
Vos missions principales :- pilot sales monitoring and optimize work processes,
- motivate, support, and develop the region's Private Banking team,
- identify the opportunities and development levers of the Private Banking clientèle,
- offer contacts tailored to customer needs, guaranteeing them impeccable service quality,
- collaborate intensively with the regional managers of the retail banking and SME clients,
- prospect and acquire new customers through your network,
- ensure compliance with and adherence to the legal framework in order to minimize operational and legal risks,
- be a force for representing the value proposition of the private banking service.
Profile
Votre profil :- formation supérieure (universitaire ou économiste bancaire),
- experience in managing a team of private banking advisors for a client domiciled in Switzerland,
- business address and network in the Chablais region,
- Solid technical knowledge of tax, legal, and financial matters, validated by SAQ or Wealth Management certification—an asset, and ultimately a necessity.
- good relationship, leadership and determination to develop new commercial relationships,
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English (level B2 - First).
