Regional Head of Private Banking - Chablais
The position of Regional Head of Private Banking – Chablais at BCV involves managing and developing the private banking team in the Chablais region, acquiring new clients, and ensuring a high level of service quality. The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree, experience in managing a private banking team, and solid knowledge of finance, taxation, and law.
Tasks
- pilot sales monitoring and optimize work processes
- Motivate, support, and develop the region's private banking team
- Identifying opportunities and development possibilities for private banking clients
- Offering contacts that meet the needs of customers and guarantee unmatched service quality.
- Close cooperation with regional managers responsible for retail banking and SME customers
- Attracting new customers through your network
- Ensure compliance with the legal framework in order to minimize operational and legal risks.
- reflect the values of BCV’s private banking services
Requirements
- higher education (university or banking economist)
- Experience managing a team of private banking advisors serving clients based in Switzerland
- Residence and business network in the Chablais region
- Solid technical knowledge of tax, legal, and financial issues; SAQ or Wealth Management certification is an advantage and will be necessary in the long term.
- Good interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and determination to establish new business relationships
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English (level B2 - First)
