Regional Manager, Private Banking – Chablais

Vos missions

• manage sales tracking and optimize work processes,
• to motivate, support, and develop the region’s private banking advisory team,
• Identify opportunities and drivers for growing the Private Banking client base,
• provide contacts tailored to the needs of retail banking and small and medium-sized business clients,
• work closely with the regional managers for the Retail Banking and SME client segments,
• prospect and acquire new customers through your network,
• ensure the management of and compliance with operational and legal risks,
• to serve as the spokesperson for BCV's Private Banking service.

Votre profil

• higher education (university or banking),
• Experience leading a team of private banking advisors serving clients domiciled in Switzerland,
• business registration and business network in the Chablais region,
• Solid technical knowledge of tax, legal, and financial matters; certification in “SAQ” or “Wealth Management” is a plus,
• strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and a determination to develop new business relationships,
• Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English (B2 level—First).

• This position is available in the Chablais region and is based in Aigle.
