Regional Head of Private Banking - Chablais

Tasks

• Managing Sales Tracking and Optimizing Workflows
• Motivation, support, and development of the Private Banking advisory team for clients domiciled in Switzerland
• Identifying Opportunities for Client Growth in Private Banking
• Provide contacts tailored to customer needs while ensuring impeccable service quality
• Close collaboration with regional teams within the Intermediate Services Department
• Prospecting and acquiring new individual and business clients in Retail Banking and for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
• Ensuring compliance with and adherence to the legal framework in order to minimize operational and legal risks
• Team responsible for communicating the value proposition of BCV's Private Banking service

Requirements

• Higher education (university or in the field of banking and finance)
• Experience leading a team of private banking advisors serving clients domiciled in Switzerland
• Residence and business network in the Chablais region
• Solid technical knowledge in tax, legal, and financial matters
• Validation of the “SAQ” or “Wealth Management” certification: an asset, and eventually a necessity
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and a commitment to developing new business relationships
• Fluent in French and has a good command of English (B2 level—First)
