Tasks
- Conduire et motiver la force de vente PME de la région
- Identify the opportunities and development levers of the commercial clientèle
- Promote, beyond credit, the whole range of advice and services for companies
- Favor the strategic dialogue with the region's largest companies
- Développer les compétences commerciales des conseillères et conseillers (coaching de la vente)
- Collaborate intensively with the managers of Private Banking and Retail Banking

- Participate actively in the commercial development projects of the PME department
Requirements
- University or higher banking education
- Appropriate knowledge of the regional economic tissue
- Confirmed experience in the field of corporate finance and management of teams
