The position of Public Relations Manager & Deputy Spokesperson at Valais Cantonal Bank in Sion involves developing and implementing the PR strategy, maintaining media relations, and communicating content. The successful candidate will be part of the Communications and Marketing Department and will be expected to work closely with all relevant stakeholders.

Tasks
- Propose and implement the BCVS's public relations strategy in line with its strategic guidelines.
- Monitor the media and anticipate trends and opportunities.
- Maintain and develop relationships of trust with media players.
- Represent the bank at institutional events or in the event of a crisis communication situation.
- Create rich content and reach your audience with impact.
- Unite stakeholders in all activities assigned to you; during events or when disseminating messages, you will be able to measure their impact on target audiences.
Requirements
- Higher education in finance (or similar) and specialization in the field of communication.
- Several years of experience in a similar position; in public relations management in the banking sector (or similar).
- Solid network in the banking, institutional, and media sectors (Valais).
- Relational ease and the art of diplomacy.
- Full command of spoken French and very good German skills.
- Excellence in content writing, offering the ability to summarize and explain complex topics (in French).
- Values of loyalty and professionalism.
- Sang-froid and responsiveness to react in a balanced and pragmatic manner in all circumstances.
