Tasks

• Administration and lifecycle management of personnel
• Participation in the recruitment and integration of new employees
• Advice and support for employees and managers in personnel matters
• Developing, managing and monitoring the training process and career plan for employees
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
• Collaboration on the development of HR policies and their implementation
• Administrative and organizational support for the management

Requirements

• Diploma as a specialist in human resources management or equivalent training
• Confirmed experience in a similar function
• Excellent written, organizational and communication skills
• Mastery of office and human resources software
• Critical spirit and sense of initiative
• Discretion, autonomy, diligence and a sense of responsibility
