Tasks
- Define, implement and monitor the bank's IT security and physical security policy to ensure the overall security of the bank
- Leading a group of experts in the areas of IT security and physical security, promoting interactions with other departments and contributing to skills development
- Perform technology and regulatory analysis to continuously improve the security policy and anticipate new threats
- Develop relationships of trust with authorities, management, external providers and colleagues to promote good safety practices
Requirements
- Completion of a university degree (Bachelor/Master with specialization in computer science)
- Proven expertise in IT security and physical security, experience in risk management, banking regulation and security of public institutions
- Strategic mindset, leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Rigor, calmness and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead teams
- A broad network in the security sector to understand the security challenges and be quickly effective in crisis situations
