Valais Cantonal Bank is looking for an experienced Responsable Service Gestion Titres to lead a team of twelve Gestionnaires and be responsible for the quality, efficiency and compliance of title management processes. The candidate should have a higher commercial education, experience in title management and team management as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Tasks
- Manager, motivation and development of an équipe of twelve gestionnaires specialized in the treatment of opérations sur titres
- Ensuring the quality, efficiency and conformity of processus opérationnels
- Ensuring the correct execution of operations on securities, OST, fiscalité, marchés monétaires and devises
- Management of projects related to the domaine titres (digitalization, automation, regulatory adaptation)
- Cooperation with the front office, IT, compliance departments and external partners
- Regulatory monitoring and adaptation of internal practices
Requirements
- Completion of a higher commercial education (ES, HES or equivalent)
- Experience in the domaine titres with a good command of flux, outils and réglementaire environment
- Experience in équipe management and excellent communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and a strong sense of analysis and synthesis
- Ability to anticipate and manage changes in the professional field
- Very good command of professional IT tools
