Tasks

Manager, motivation and development of a team of twelve gestionnaires specialized in the treatment of title operations
Ensuring the quality, efficiency and conformity of operational processes
Ensuring the correct execution of title operations, OST, Fiscalité, markets and foreign exchange
Management of projects in the area of titles (digitalization, automation, regulatory adaptation)
Collaboration with the front office, IT, compliance departments and external partners
Regulatory monitoring and adaptation of internal practices

Requirements

Training in a higher商業educational field (ES, HES or equivalent)
Confirmed title experience, with good command of flows, tools and regulatory environment
Experience in team leadership and excellent communication skills
Solid organizational skills and a strong sense of analysis and synthesis
Ability to anticipate and manage changes in the professional field
