Tasks

• Management of the "Soutien clientèle" team in the general agency, which comprises around 20 employees at various locations
• Responsibility for the functioning of the agency, both in supporting the achievement of objectives and in administrative and logistical tasks, validation of internal accounting in accordance with regulations
• Coordination and monitoring of incoming tasks and dossiers, handling of complaints
• Supporting the general agent in the planning and organization of various events
• Ensuring good cooperation with the agency's consultants and brokers
• Responsibility for processes and rules for underinsurance in all lines of business and taking appropriate remedial measures, monitoring budgets and discounts (e.g. generous gestures, advertising, etc.)
• Participation in various projects, integration and implementation of new processes

Requirements

• Possession of a federal diploma in insurance or equivalent training
• Experience in team leadership for several years, management training is a plus
• Experience in the insurance sector
• Organized, dedicated and positive, with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiatives
• Customer orientation, ability to support colleagues and work in a team, and stress resistance
• Ability to make decisions and be open to change
