Vaudoise is looking for a Responsable soutien clientèle (h/f/x) in Lausanne to lead a team of around 20 employees and be responsible for the smooth running of customer support as well as administrative and logistical tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance, management experience and relevant training.
Job description
Tasks
- Management of the "Soutien clientèle" team in the general agency, which comprises around 20 employees at various locations
- Responsibility for the functioning of the agency, both in supporting the achievement of objectives and in administrative and logistical tasks, validation of internal accounting in accordance with regulations
- Coordination and monitoring of incoming tasks and dossiers, handling of complaints
- Supporting the general agent in the planning and organization of various events
- Ensuring good cooperation with the agency's consultants and brokers
- Responsibility for processes and rules for underinsurance in all lines of business and taking appropriate remedial measures, monitoring budgets and discounts (e.g. generous gestures, advertising, etc.)
- Participation in various projects, integration and implementation of new processes
Requirements
- Possession of a federal diploma in insurance or equivalent training
- Experience in team leadership for several years, management training is a plus
- Experience in the insurance sector
- Organized, dedicated and positive, with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiatives
- Customer orientation, ability to support colleagues and work in a team, and stress resistance
- Ability to make decisions and be open to change
