Credit Support Manager - Department Head
BCV is seeking a Head of the "Credit Support" Department to lead a team of approximately 40 people and oversee credit management and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in economics or finance, experience in team leadership and project management, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Tasks
- Effective management of the department (approx. 40 people)
- Ensuring data quality when entering all types of loans into computer systems
- Monitoring the performance of services related to contingent liabilities
- Ensuring the accurate management and retention of warranties
- Tracking loans through to the processing of their repayment
- Delegation of statistics and reports to internal and external units in connection with the credit sector
- Optimization of processes and further development of tools under the department’s responsibility
- Monitoring regulatory developments, analyzing their implications, and, where necessary, managing projects related to these developments
Requirements
- College or post-secondary education (business or finance)
- Excellent understanding of credit processes
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
- Excellent written skills in French, and excellent knowledge of English and German
