Credit Support Manager - Department Head
BCV is seeking a responsible manager for the "Credit Support" department who will lead a team of approximately 40 people and be responsible for credit administration and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in economics or finance, experience in team leadership and project management, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Tasks
* Effectively lead the department (approximately 40 people), * Ensure that all types of loans granted by the Bank are recorded in the IT systems, guaranteeing data quality, * Oversee the fulfillment of obligations related to contingent liabilities, * Ensure the flawless processing and safekeeping of collateral provided, * Monitor loans through to the processing of their repayment, * Provide various entities (internal and external) with statistics and reports related to the credit sector, * Optimize processes and develop the tools under the department’s responsibility, * Monitor regulatory changes, analyze their impacts, and, if necessary, lead projects related to these changes.Requirements
- University education or higher education (business or finance),
- Excellent understanding of the processes involved in lending,
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management,
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills,
- Excellent written skills in French, and a strong command of English and German.
