Credit Support Manager - Department Head
BCV is seeking a Head of the Credit Support Department to lead a team of approximately 40 people and oversee credit management and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in economics or finance, experience in team leadership and project management, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Tasks
- Effectively manage the department (approximately 40 people)
- Ensure that all types of loans granted by the Bank are recorded in the IT systems, while ensuring data quality
- Monitor the delivery of services related to contingent commitments
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of collateral
- Track loans through the repayment process
- Delegate the preparation of statistics and reports related to the credit sector to various entities (both internal and external)
- Optimize processes and update tools under the department’s responsibility
- Monitor regulatory changes, analyze their impact, and, if necessary, lead projects related to these changes
Requirements
- College or university degree (in economics or finance)
- Excellent understanding of credit-related processes
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
- Excellent writing skills in French, and a strong command of English and German
