Credit Support Manager - Manager or Department Head

The Credit Support Department is responsible for recording all of the Bank's loans in its IT systems, as well as for managing hedges. It is also responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of the credit back-office processes and tools.

Vos missions

• Effectively manage the department (approximately 40 people)
• Ensure that all types of loans granted by the Bank are recorded in the IT systems, while ensuring data quality, in connection with contingent liabilities
• Ensure processing and renewal in accordance with the coverage forms submitted as collateral
• Ensure high-quality service all the way through the reimbursement process and the withdrawal of reimbursement funds
• Provide various entities (internal and/or external) with statistics and reports related to the field of credit
• Optimize processes and improve the tools available to the department
• Analyze legislative developments and their impact, and, if necessary, manage projects related to these developments

Votre profil

• College or university degree (in economics or finance)
• Excellent understanding of the processes and their relationship to loans
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
• Excellent writing skills in French, and a strong command of English and German
