Tasks

  • Your goal is to lead, coach and support a team of consultants and employees in corporate customer service.
  • They develop and maintain relationships of trust and proximity with customers.
  • They accompany customers and analyze their requirements in the area of financing commercial, industrial, craft or yield-oriented real estate properties.
  • They are constantly learning about changes to guidelines and developing their knowledge of the services and products for this type of customer.
  • You take part in events organized by the Bank.

Requirements

  • You have a higher commercial education with excellent communication skills.
  • You have several years of experience in a similar position in the area of corporate customer service, particularly in the area of corporate finance.
  • You have experience in team management.
  • You are dynamic and pragmatic, have a strong sense of initiative and value teamwork.
  • You are proficient in computer tools and have very strong analytical skills.
  • You are able to set priorities, work independently and proactively support customers.
  • Knowledge of several languages is a plus.
