Tasks
- Your goal is to lead, coach and support a team of consultants and employees in corporate customer service.
- They develop and maintain relationships of trust and proximity with customers.
- They accompany customers and analyze their requirements in the area of financing commercial, industrial, craft or yield-oriented real estate properties.
- They are constantly learning about changes to guidelines and developing their knowledge of the services and products for this type of customer.
- You take part in events organized by the Bank.
Requirements
- You have a higher commercial education with excellent communication skills.
- You have several years of experience in a similar position in the area of corporate customer service, particularly in the area of corporate finance.
- You have experience in team management.
- You are dynamic and pragmatic, have a strong sense of initiative and value teamwork.
- You are proficient in computer tools and have very strong analytical skills.
- You are able to set priorities, work independently and proactively support customers.
- Knowledge of several languages is a plus.
