Area Manager - Private Banking, Martigny / Veytaux

Responsabilités

You will join the “Client Services” department at our Martigny–Veytaux branch, reporting to our current Area Manager and leading a team of approximately 8–10 people. You will be responsible for growing your client base while continuing to fully leverage its potential. You will be responsible for your entire territory, which includes supervising the advisors who work there.

• Lead, coach, and develop the members of your team
• To ensure high-quality advice and an effective market approach, while consistently maintaining the quality of service we provide to our clients
• Represent the bank in the market and to the public in the Martigny–Veytaux region, while promoting the growth of our customer segments within the regional market
• Actively develop the market in which you work by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Work closely with the Division Management, its deputies, and other departments to ensure comprehensive and consistent service for our clients

Skills and Experience

• A leader with at least 5 years of experience
• A college degree (HES or equivalent—university degree)
• A strong interest in the banking/financial sector
• Entrepreneurial expertise, a strong ability to persuade, and a high degree of personal initiative
• A constant desire to improve and refine one's own skills
• A network of relationships established in the region
• Familiarity with our current area of operation or a desire to become involved there on a long-term basis
• A good command of German is preferred
• Experience in team management and the ability to lead client consulting teams
• Experience in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and/or in wealth management
• Knowledge of financial products and services, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, insurance, real estate, etc.
