Tasks

  • Management and development of a team of about 10 people as well as integration and training of new colleagues
  • Management of activities in the cash desk, bank advisory and reception areas through optimal planning of available resources while maintaining customer service standards
  • Reception and customer care, orientation in the open area of the branch and training in the use of the tools provided (especially e-banking)
  • Answering customer queries, advising on various ongoing administration products, identifying customer potential and, if necessary, referring them to a specialist advisor
  • Commercial operation of the division through operational implementation of measures and strict monitoring of their execution
  • Ensuring the achievement of business results

Requirements

  • Banking or commercial training
  • Experience in managing a customer team (desirable)
  • Confirmed experience in advising bank clients
  • Familiarity with Swiss banking products and services in day-to-day administration
  • Commercial sense, team spirit, results orientation, autonomy and organizational precision
  • Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English
