The person responsible for the reception area in Vevey leads and develops a team of around 10 people, manages the client area and ensures optimal resource planning. He is also responsible for customer service, advice and the sale of banking products.

Job description: Responsable zone d'accueil - Vevey

Tasks

  • Leading and developing a team of around 10 people and integrating and training new colleagues
  • Management of activities in the cash desk, bank advisory and reception areas through optimal planning of available resources while maintaining customer service standards
  • Reception and customer care, orientation in the open area of the branch and training in the use of the tools provided (especially e-banking)
  • Answering customer inquiries, advising on various ongoing administration products, identifying customer potential and, if necessary, forwarding them to a specialist consultant
  • Commercial operation of the division through operational implementation of measures and strict monitoring of their execution
  • Ensuring the achievement of business results

Requirements

  • Banking or commercial training
  • Experience in managing a customer team (desirable)
  • Confirmed experience in advising bank clients
  • Familiarity with Swiss banking products and services for day-to-day administration
  • Commercial sense, team spirit, results orientation, autonomy and organizational precision
  • Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English
