Project, Planning, and Research Manager for the Media and Communications Department

Vos missions

• Ensure the overall planning of the department's activities and projects
• Work with department leadership to manage new communication and digital transformation projects—from scoping to completion—as well as to measure results
• Supervise two specialists responsible for "customer" research and mailings
• Support the department's management in certain activities, including budgeting, monitoring statistical analysis and mailing tools and budgets, and monitoring the internal control system

Votre profil

• Higher education (university or university of applied sciences), additional training in project management
• At least 5 years of proven experience in digital, IT, or organizational project management
• Experience in the banking sector
• Interest in managing a small team
• Database Knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of advertising software ("c")
• Strong interest in communication
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and organizational skills
• Wanting to take on challenges and make progress
• An optimistic person who loves to travel
• Native French speaker; German and/or English are a plus
